Graham, Lee H.

Mr. Graham has specialized in civil litigation and insurance defense law throughout his legal career.  He has successfully litigated numerous claims including those related to police and government liability, premises and security guard liability, automobile liability, construction defects, construction accidents, products liability and medical malpractice actions.  Additionally, Mr. Graham's experience has included litigation of insurance coverage disputes, insurance bad faith claims and agent and broker liablity matters.  Mr. Graham was a sworn peace officer and works now as a part-time ocean lifeguard with a thirty-plus year career with the California State Parks.  Finally, Mr. Graham is active in the community through the Knights of Columbus.
