Beal, Jeremy E.

Mr. Beal specializes in first-party and third-party insurance coverage issues, including bad faith claims, as well as business litigation in both state and federal courts. Mr. Beal has extensive experience in construction defect litigation, with an emphasis on structural and concrete-related defects.

Mr. Beal represents a wide range of businesses, providing counsel on contractual issues, formation, litigation and labor compliance on both public works and private projects. Mr. Beal co-founded the Trust and Corporate Department of the firm with Marc Samson, representing numerous corporate clients, including Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Bank of America and City National Bank. Mr. Beal became a partner in Bullard, Brown & Beal in December of 2002.
