Naughton, Patrick E.

 
     Mr. Naughton specializes in civil litigation and third-party insurance defense.  He has also litigated numerous claims involving dental and medical malpractice, products liability, premises and security guard liability, as well as transportation and mold-related cases.  Besides having represented cities, counties, school and water districts, his experience has included litigation of bad faith actions, high profile damage issues and fraud cases.  Mr. Naughton has been retained to investigate questionable insurance claims.  

     He has argued before the California Court of Appeals on numerous occasions and has an extensive trial background in both state and federal courts. 

     Mr. Naughton became a partner in Bullard, Brown & Beal in June of 2004.

    Mr. Naughton received his B.S. in Political Science and History from California State University Fresno and his J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law.  He was a winner of the Best Brief award in moot court competition. 

     He has been admitted to the State Bar of California since 1978; and is a Member of the Orange County Bar Association, American Bar Association and Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.
