Ko, Hae Won

     Ms. Ko specializes in complicated coverage issues, as well as civil litigation of third-party insurance defense matters. She handles the complete range of insurance coverage matters arising out of personal, commercial, and specialty lines and has also litigated in the areas of insurance bad faith and co-carriers' coverage contribution actions.  Ms. Ko's experience also includes the defense of various entities, including governmental agencies, in personal injury cases involving automobile accidents, construction zone liability, and/or premises liability actions.

     Prior to joining Bullard, Brown and Beal in 2005, Ms. Ko litigated and defended workers compensation cases in front of various Workers Compensation Appeals Board throughout Southern California.  Ms. Ko is fluent in Korean.

     Ms. Ko received her B.A. with a double major in Sociology and Mass Communications from the University of California – Berkeley in 1999; and was a member of Alpha Kappa Delta, International Sociology Honor Society, 1998 & 1999.  She received her J.D. from Loyola Law School – Los Angeles, 2004; Dean’s Honor List 2003-2004; The Mabel Wilson Richards Scholarship 2003 and 2004; LLS Jesuit Community Scholarship, 2003-2004.

     She is admitted to the State Bar of California 2004; and United States District Court 2004.
