Cartelli, Michael A.

Michael A. Cartelli was born in Los Angeles, California and is a graduate of both Loyola Marymount University and Loyola Law School.  He is admitted to the State Bar of California (1979) and the Washington State Bar (1992/inactive), as well as the Ninth and D.C. Circuit Courts of Appeal.

Over his thirty year career, his practice has focused on two areas: (a) litigation, primarily in the defense of civil matters ranging from wrongful termination and products liability to construction defects and professional negligence; and (b) insurance coverage – both in litigation and the development of coverage opinions for both insureds and insurers.

During his career, he has lectured on insurance coverage issues at the State Bar Convention, State Bar Research Institutes and private seminars.
