Laureen Monty

Licensed in Texas and California, Laureen is an attorney with excess of twenty-five years legal experience handling, inter alia, insurance defense, law and motion, employment/wrongful discharge, insurance subrogation, complex civil rights litigation in federal and state court, general civil and business litigation.

Laureen’s litigation experience canvasses complex civil rights litigation in Federal and State Court, prosecuting and defending cases pertaining to insurance defense, business litigation, labor relations and constitutional law, as well as gaining trial experience as a prosecutor with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office and Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.

Practice areas includes construction law, trucking, personal injury, premises liability, dram shop liability, environmental, and landlord tenant. No stranger to the courtroom, Laureen routinely handles depositions, hearings, and mediations.
