Mindy Magee

Mindy Magee has over 25 years of experience, specializing in insurance coverage. She has spent her career advising major insurance carriers on Third-Party Liability and First-Party Property claims under various types of coverages, including Commercial General Liability, Professional Liability, Health Care Facility policies, Automobile policies, as well as Errors and Omissions policies. She has significant expertise in risk transfer and subrogation matters. She is a skilled negotiator and excellent communicator. She received her BA in Russian and European history from the University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 1989. She received her JD in law from Emory University in 1993.
