Patrick Naughton

Patrick Naughton specializes in civil litigation and third-party insurance defense. He also has litigated numerous claims involving dental and medical malpractice, professional liability and premise and security guard liability, as well as transportation and mold related cases. Besides having representing cities, counties, schools and water districts, his experience has included litigation of bad faith actions, catastrophic injury cases, high profile damage issues and fraud cases. He has been retained to represent questionable insurance claims as well.

Patrick has argued before the California Court of Appeals on numerous occasions and has an extensive trial background in both state and federal courts.

He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, American Bar Association, Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
