Sander Dawson
Sander Dawson has a decade of experience handling complex coverage disputes and insurance bad faith litigation. Before joining Bullard Brown, Sander’s practice focused primarily on first-party insurance bad faith litigation. He has successfully represented clients at all stages of litigation, including numerous jury and bench trials in California and Arizona, and appeals before the Ninth Circuit, California and Arizona Courts of Appeal, and the Arizona Supreme Court. Sander has been selected as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star each year since 2019. His appellate work has contributed to precedent-setting decisions in insurance bad-faith jurisprudence.
Sander graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law. During law school, Sander was an Editor of the California Western Law Review, a member of the Pro Bono Honors Society, and served on the school’s Community Outreach program. Sander received various awards and accolades during law school, including Dean’s List, First Place Distinguished Advocate, academic merit scholarships, and Academic Excellence Awards in three of his classes.
